Introduction

The moon was bright, but she overshadowed it. Her pale face, with a bandage covering her wrist while she was in deep slumber, unknown what she had faced all those times.

First time I saw her sleeping peacefully, otherwise I would hear her cries and sobs. Though she tried her best to hide it, her dull face and red eyes never hid it.

Who will tell her that she is the most beautiful girl to be existed? Finally I was able to see her beauty, after 2 Years, by being close to her.

But now, she has snatched my sleep. The fear of her gaining all her memories is still terrifying me. How will I tell her that everyone including me was responsible for her.

The silence after the Storm should not be ruined again. She faced a lot, above from her capabilities yet, sometimes it feels like fate wants her to remind her everything which she should not have to.

Hugging her tightly, by placing her in my chest I remember all those memories which flashed in front of my eyes, reminding me of my foolishness.

Flash back 10 years ago

I was walking through the hallway listening to music while wearing earphones. That's when I suddenly felt a bump on my shoulder, removing the chord I saw from my friend kalvin. A wide smile appeared on my face, “yo man” he spoke, shaking our hands we pulled each other into our embrace.

“So what are you listening to?” Kalvin asked me, “just rock metal” shrugging my shoulders. I replied to him. Suddenly, I saw a very beautiful girl coming with her friend, she was smiling while talking to her friend. Her silky brown hair and hazel brown eyes never failed to drag me towards her. Also I saw how kind and extroverted she is.

Suddenly Kelvin shouted “yo! Minie” suddenly she turned towards us making me go red. She made an annoying face making me look at her in awe, she is cute, even when she gets angry. I didn't even focused on her friend who also was with her making their way towards Kelvin.

“Why Minie though?” I asked him only to hear “dude she is my younger cousin sister” my eyes widened in shock. She is his cousin? No doubt why she looks fine. I didn't even realise when she came towards us.

*Smack* I looked only to see Kelvin rubbing his head. “hey!!! Why did you do that!?” she made a disgusting face before replying “I am 5 '4 tall ok so better not to call me Minie” she spoke with her angry expression. I just smiled at her. No doubt why she is so cute. “Sorry Lyra,” Kelvin said, making a sad face.

“Oh! Hey Yn..ie?” Kelvin suddenly looked at Yn, the other girl on whom I had least concentration. She was one of the silent girls in her class. That's what I heard overall. She is a strict introvert, loves to mind her own business. She just gave us a warm smile.

“Hey” she whispered. God knows why she wasn't as charming as Lyra? She doesn't even feel like a junior because of her maturity. Still I gave her a small tight smile on which she gladly returned.

Yet I didn't care much about it as I just wanted to see Lyra, and Kelvin gave me a nice excuse to have a glance at her. Finally I would say my day is going to be good. She is truly a girlfriend material. That's what my inner self spoke without knowing what the future has planned for me.

Finally after talking a bit we decided to move towards our classes, but suddenly I remembered to grab an economics book from my locker, so I just went there and opened the locker only to welcome with the cookies which were cutely wrapped in a pouch. There was a small note beside it. Opening it I started reading.

“Sweet cookies, to make your day sweetest”

The writer's words gave me a soothing feeling. Smiling at it I was about to keep it back when Kelvin snatched it from me reading it, giving me a side eye with a small smirk. "You have a lover too? Huh bro?" He nudged on my shoulder.

God knows who sent me these, at first I was creeped out, but when I read the note I realised someone was there who was a well wisher for me. From that day I always waited for it.

These cookies are really making my day sweet. I smiled before taking out those cookies and making my way towards the class.
